In order to use SupaWeb's services, we may require information from you and your business in order to provide the best service possible. In addition you and SupaWeb Limited employees communicate with each other via all standard forms of communication. SupaWeb Limited stores all information and communications it deems relevant to conducting its business, and that information becomes the property of SupaWeb Limited at the time it is received or generated.

SupaWeb Limited may share any information about you and your company when required by third parties in order to provide you with its services. SupaWeb Limited will not otherwise disclose its clients' personal and account information unless SupaWeb Limited has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of SupaWeb Limited, SupaWeb Limited clients, or others, or where SupaWeb Limited has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

SupaWeb Limited also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties some information relating to client's service, the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that SupaWeb Limited stores or transmits to or receives from its clients. The circumstances under which SupaWeb Limited will disclose such electronic client communications are when:

-It is necessary in order to provide service to the client.

-It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of SupaWeb Limited and its clients.

-It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by SupaWeb Limited and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

-It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that SupaWeb Limited determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable

By using SupaWeb Limited services, you agree that we may release information obtained in the course of your use of services when it is believed, in sole and absolute discretion of SupaWeb Limited, that the release is appropriate or otherwise necessary to comply with the law, enforce our agreement, and/or protect the contract and other rights of our Clients.

SupaWeb Limited disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by clients or others. SupaWeb Limited will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that, may harm SupaWeb Limited, its clients or third parties. The grounds on which SupaWeb Limited may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of SupaWeb Limited Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

It is your obligation to provide SupaWeb Limited with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide us with such information could void any Agreement between you and SupaWeb Limited. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as loss prevention, improving our service, communicating with you, and fulfilling our obligations to you. SupaWeb Limited employees have access to your information on a need to know basis. SupaWeb Limited will not sell your information to a third party for any reason.

SupaWeb Limited employs the latest and best techniques available for protecting it systems from intrusion by unauthorized individuals, and is constantly upgrading its security as better methods become available. All information is stored behind firewalls and other sophisticated security systems. Our data center is utilizes state-of-the-art physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the facility.

SupaWeb Limited reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. SupaWeb Limited takes privacy matters very seriously, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters.
